We are excited to begin planning for our upcoming Summer Camp, and we want to hear from you! This form is to help us see who is interested in attending so we can prepare activities, staffing, and space accordingly.
Our summer camp will be a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience where children will enjoy games, activities, fellowship, and opportunities to grow in a positive and faith-filled environment.

Cost Information:
Registration Fee: $30 per child (one-time fee)
Camp Tuition: $100 per week or $400 per month
